We have learned that Samsung is working a new ‘A’ series smartphones including the SM-A300x, SM-A500x and SM-A700x.
Today, The SM-A5000, one of the three new “A” series smart phones has surfaced online on the GFX Benchmark site.
According to the GFXBench results page, the Samsung SM-A5000 handset will run on a quad-core 1.2GHz CPU with Qualcomm Adreno 306 GPU and pack a 4.8-inch display with a 1280 x 720 pixel resolution. The rest of the mentioned specs include 2GB of RAM, 5GB of internal storage, 12MP rear camera and 4.7MP front camera. The smartphone is also revealed to feature Android 4.4.4 out of the box.
So far, we have seen not seen this handset in FCC database. We have not heard any news or rumors on the release date and pricing information of the handset either.
