Samsung SM-M115M receives FCC approval

A new Samsung handset with the model number SM-M115M has just received the FCC Approval.

In fact, the Samsung SM-M115M passed through the WI-FI alliance certification on January 21, 2020.

As per the WI-FI alliance listing, the SM-M115M runs Android 10 OS and it will only support single-band 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connectivity!

According to the FCC documents, SM-M115M is a variant of the upcoming SM-A115F/DS. and it supports GSM850/900/1800/1900, WCDMA850/900/1700/1900/2100 and LTE Band 1/2/3/4/5/7/8/12/17/28, BT, Wi-Fi(2.4G).

It is reported that the marketing name of the SM-M115M/DS or SM-M115F/DS is Samsung Galaxy M11!

As per the SAR test report for the SM-M115m, The alleged Galaxy M11 & Galaxy A11 is listed as SM-M115M/DS & SM-A115M/DS.

The FCC listing confirms that there is no hardware difference between the Galaxy M11 & Galaxy A11 and looks almost similar!

According to Slashleaks, Thee only change between the Galaxy M11 & Galaxy A11 is with battery capacity. Yes, the Galaxy M11 will come with huge 5000 mAh battery whereas the Galaxy A11 with a lower 4000 mAh battery.
